SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8 and typically arrives within 3–5 business days after the order has shipped.

Express shipping is a flat rate of $15 and typically arrives within 1–2 business days after the order has shipped.

Orders of $150 or more qualify for free Standard shipping.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped as promptly as possible. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Processing time may vary during sales, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer.

Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. The Twisted Sisters is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information so we can assist you.
